The original post was very bare bones and since it seemingly failed to capture people’s attention (or maybe they’re just post shy), here’s a more detailed plan that will hopefully get people interested. (also realized it's short enough to just be a post rather than a document)

General Design Document
Operation: Total Nigger Death
Gameplay
Gameplay would consist of 2 layers, tactical and strategic. Let the tactical layer be a bit of an idler, where the player mostly monitors the battle while calling in artillery support or ordering retreats. The larger part of the game would be the strategic layer. This layer would be the place where forward advancements are made, infrastructure and supply lines are constructed, defenses are manned and upgraded, policies are enacted and where politics are done. This layer would allow for negotiations, backstabbings, sending aid, building relations etc. This would also be the place where battles are set up as the player allocates personnel, ammunition and weapons to different sections of the front.
Politics
Africa as a continent naturally tapers towards the south, this means the frontline gets shorter and, inevitably, some commanders will be left without a frontline. These commanders would settle the land and establish themselves as a political entity and may use their spare recourses to wage war with those who they may deem unfit or undevoted to the cause. This would allow for late game threats and emerging gameplay. The player may be able to leverage different nigger policies (killing, enslaving or raping niggers) to bolster either their state or gain favor with different commanders to create an entertaining dynamic of shifting loyalties and power.
Scale
The game is based around the conquest of Africa and the scale should fit to it. With given parameters it’s possible to truly have every* death the player causes displayed. Given the population of Africa is divided between multiple commanders, and spawning 100s of niggers a second is no issue for the engine, a truly unique experience of both grand scale and real time combat can be depicted.
*"every" only includes combat age males, It would be quite impossible to render every death while keeping gameplay reasonably paced.
Tone
If not obvious by now, the game would be funny and satirical in nature. "Outta pocket" so to speak. This means leaning into the stereotypes. It shouldn’t be a self insert fantasy with subvariant:muscular_chud (aryan) going on a based ubermensch crusade. This doesn’t mean it should be “bipartisan” either, take it to be a self parody by chuds, for chuds. This would extend further into the game as an explanation for why chuds are only using ww2 weaponry and not nuking Africa. It’s a giant larp gravel war no one gives a shit about. Their weapons are whatever they could take from museums and weapon caches, that’s why they aren’t fully supplied and why their forces are so rag tag.
Doctrine of purity <-example of larp
To lean into the satirical nature and organically limit the scope of the game, the game should have a narrow focus and exclude elements that do not belong to either of the involved groups (those being chuds and niggers). This also includes the maintaining of stereotypes: Niggers should be stupid and nameless, not exhibiting higher cognition or identity and chuds should follow the stereotype of racist chronically online incels.
Flavor
As the game is light on content it will rely on flavor for a lot of it’s... charm. This includes but is not limited to: unique chud quips during battle for each unit, portraits for each unit, chud commander meetings, characterization of commanders through dialogue and policies, post-battle reports, research centers with all kinds of bullshit etc.
