Ever since I have gotten this new phone, moving with some zoom in while using oekaki will sometimes bug out and either - zooming in/out despite it being a single tap on screen - displace the toolbar, sometimes throwing it away - place random dots and lines on the canvas - select something else under it, like the wide submit button below the oekaki that's like 5 pixels away
