This chart shows the ideas I have for his forms, sharing a similar trait with Frieza in that his forms are regressions instead of power boosts, meaning his final form is his real form, with the change that for the demon king, his power was sealed by divine intervention to be made the perfect final challenge for the protagonist of the world to complete the game-like experience for the souls of those who are "isekai'd" into this story, with the twist that the demon kind has enough willpower (and knowledge) to properly unchain itself, a byproduct of the corruption happening to the world.
