I will begin the story. Anybody can continue it, but will have to make the next panel using one oekaki drawing. An individual cannot make two posts one after another. He has to wait for another user to continue. Also he has to tag the previous post. In the case that two posts by two different users tag the same previous post, due to bad timing, the current participants vote on which post will be the continuation.

here you have accounts, so it doesnt realistically matter that much.
maybe make it so that it counts users that have posted relatively recently

I'll be honest, i dont understand how converting speeds up things. (in a cryptographic context)
afaik it's because you can assign numbers to points on the curve and find their sum by interpolating the points and seeing where else the interpolation intersects. the game with cryptography is to add a point to itself a bunch of times because it's difficult to undo this. it's the same idea as adding an angle to itself many times: once you go past 360° it's hard to guess how the result relates to the starting point.
