For now the plan is to post on the site for a bit. after we have a bunch of gemmy threads, ig we can make a promotional video for the site (which prob wont attract too much attention). I encourage people to post their stuff on oc, even if its just some piece of art. Maybe art request and similar threads would also be interesting.
I am not sure about group projects. The most i can think of as of now are having one canvas, we pick a theme and each individual draws something on that canvas. I am a bit busy, so i cant propose anything more complex than that.
if you guys have any suggestions, share them!
also there was this one file sharing site that was lightbrown and i think there was a cat/box theme, but i constantly forget about the name

Keep in mind to distinguish between the from (structure) and the flow (position/rythm) of a body. Dont hyper focus on proportions when drawing 2d paintings, as they are not constant and are up to the author to draw them in a believable way. Draw something that visually looks good, not something that's correct on a technical level.

i will only add that in addition I can make registering require an invite code (which only i can generate). I can make invites necessary and make the current boards to be visible only to logged in users, thus turning the club into a closed community.
we decided to let the site be open for now (to get users) and we can close things up a bit later (and reopen). really this would depend on the circumstances, so we shall see.

But fr, i wouldnt mind a light theme that will sort of be a coco theme DOE. but not really.... because we are on DA CLUB
a gem needs atleast 3 hours of slow cooking at medium heat in order to make it perfect. Bonus points if you put it on high heat at the last 10 minutes to make a crusty skin.
